Not Half-Moon. I was up at this spot last Saturday.

We visited the Arch of Triumph, Jailhouse Rock, and a couple of other arches before ascending to this vista. That should narrow it down.

Ascentionist is closest. Not on that ridge south of Double Arch, but just on top of one of those boulder-like protrusions on top of Double Arch itself.

No, it's in the heart of the gorge. You've probably been there in better weather. You pass over it if coming from the north on the way to this view.

Now that you mention it, that second picture does look like Hanson's Point. The one before, the actual picture in question, would be Signature Rock.

You are correct Sweeper.  The open area in the first picture is signature rock.  RRG is a special place after a snowfall.
