Saw a news article on local TV last night talking about this.
Sad for the gorge.  Sounds like it's probably gonna happen.

Who in their right mind would put a casino and convention center "in" the Gorge?!

A more recent article, https://www.kentucky.com/opinion/linda-blackford/article246087745.html

From the article, "a $135 million luxury resort with a spa, distillery, restaurant and $350-a-night, 180-room lodge"

Someone is going to need to pony up $135 million, I don't see that happening very quickly given the economy.

An article from August shows where this is proposed, not really in the "middle of the gorge"

In the end, it is private property and I don't have a problem with it as long as tax dollars are not paying for this. Maybe it will lead to more law enforcement and fewer idiots with spray paint and unattended fires.
